Mouse and rat treatment

Pest Pro places enclosed, tamper-resistant bait stations in appropriate locations based on activity and access. Common indoor locations include under kitchen and bathroom sinks, utility rooms and either side of garage doors. Service is also available for basements, building exteriors, detached shops and sheds.

Monitoring and prevention

Customers retain the stations after installation. On recurring service visits, Pest Pro checks and refills stations and reviews activity. A check at approximately two weeks is arranged if mice are still being seen. When traps are used, Pest Pro checks them and removes captured rodents. We also discuss food storage, pet food and other conditions attracting rodents.

Small entry-point sealing

Optional sealing is available for small gaps around pipes and utility penetrations. We review the openings and scope before adding this work. This service does not include rodent dropping cleanup or contaminated-insulation removal.

Vole control

Vole service starts with assessing surface runways, burrow openings and vegetation damage. Bait is placed in protective stations, which remain on the property. The program includes a station check about two weeks after installation, a service visit at about one month, and monthly service thereafter until activity is controlled.

Pocket gopher control

We inspect fresh mounds and locate active underground tunnels before treatment. Pocket gopher service uses carbon monoxide burrow-treatment equipment and is normally offered as a one-time service. We explain how to keep people and pets away from the work area.

Prairie dog control

Prairie dog service includes assessing active burrows and the extent of activity before treatment with carbon monoxide equipment. Service is available for residential acreage, ranches, agricultural land, commercial or industrial properties and vacant lots. Treatment is normally a one-time service, with instructions to keep people, pets and livestock away from the treatment area.
